Margaret (Peggy) MacQueen
Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, NCC, LPC
Feeling stuck? Having trouble getting un-stuck on your own?
There are seasons when a little extra compassion and guidance from a trained professional can make all the difference.
I believe in empowering people to become the best they can be by understanding where they came from. This awareness of your history brings knowledge, power and confidence to heal the past and move forward to a more fulfilled life.
I am a licensed professional counselor (MS, NCC, LPC) with 12+ years of clinical experience. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Emotionally-Focused and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), all founded on Biblical principals.
I see individuals, couples & families with issues related to grief & loss, sexual trauma & abuse, along with anxiety, depression, pre-marital counseling, communication within marriage and family relationships, and teen & young adulthood issues.

TALK. CHANGE. THRIVE.
Everyone goes to the doctor’s office because of the same thing:
They want to feel well, and they don’t.
Whether it’s a sore throat or a broken arm - something is wrong.
It’s the same with your heart.
You want to be fully alive, connected and engaged with life.
And right now, you just . . . don't.
My goal with every person I encounter is to help them thrive, not just survive.
The journey to that goal starts the same way: simply talking.
When you can tell your story to a trained ear who can listen for and show you insights you never knew were there, something begins to happen:
Change.
The lights come on. Pieces start connecting.
The puzzle starts coming together. And suddenly you have new language, new tools, and new hope to take steps forward.
If this sounds like what you need,
please call today to schedule an appointment.
Thriving is within your reach.
